Cara Daftar Google Analytics

Bagaimana cara mendaftar Google Analytics? Apakah ini perlu dalam blogging? :c: .... Jika pertanyaannya perlu atau tidak, maka tergantung anda sebagai bloggernya. Jika Anda blogging just for fun, maka rasanya tidak perlu. Akan tetapi jika Anda blogging untuk kepentingan yang lebih serius dan butuh laporan yang detail tentang perkembangan blog Anda, maka menurut saya sangat perlu.

Google Analytics akan menaruh kode tracker (pemantau) pada blog Anda, sehingga semua aktivitas blog Anda dapat dipantau. Ini akan meningkatkan visibilitas blog Anda di mata robot search engine, sehingga semua poin perkembangan blog bisa terpantau dan dilaporkan kepada anda.

Jika Anda ingin membuat akun Google Analytics untuk blog anda, maka saya harap sebelumnya Anda sudah terlebih dahulu membuat akun Google Webmaster Tools untuk blog Anda. Jika belum silahkan pelajari caranya di Artikel saya sebelumnya. Cara Menggunakan Google Webmaster Tools.

Jika anda sudah membuatnya, maka sekarang saatnya membuat link antara Google Webmaster Tools dengan akun Google Analytics blog anda. Lakukan prosedur berikut :

1. Kembali ke halaman muka Google Webmaster Tools akun Anda. Klik MANAGE SITE atau KELOLA SITUS di bagian kanan nama blog Anda.
2. Klik Google Analytics Property.
3. Pada tampilan baru, klik Create Google Analytics Account
4. Akan ada pemberitahuan untuk kembali ke halaman ini jika sudah membuat akun Google Analytics. Klik OK.
5. Akan terbuka jendela baru dan anda akan diminta melakukan SIGN UP, jadi klik link SIGN UP
6. Jika Jendela gagal terbuka, masuk secara manual saja melalui http://www.google.com/analytics/
7. Masukkan data yang diminta: Isi Account Name dengan nama apa saja yang anda inginkan, pada bagian Website URL, pilih http://www.blog.anda lalu masukkan nama blog Anda pada kolom berikutnya. Pilih Time Zone Indonesia dan masukkan zona waktu Anda. Beri tanda bahwa Anda menyetujui Term Of Service dan klik Create Account
8. Akan ada tampilan baru dan jika layar discrolling ke bawah anda akan menemukan sebuah kotak berisi script/kode. Tampilan scriptnya mungkin seperti di bawah ini....

9. Copy kode script tersebut dan login ke akun blogger Anda di jendela lain.
10. Pilih TEMPLATE pada akun blog Anda, lalu pilih EDIT HTML
11. Paste kode tersebut di kotak EDIT HTML tepat di atas </head>
12.Jika sudah selesai, silahkan klik SIMPAN TEMPLATE.
13. Kembali ke jendela tempat anda mengambil KODE SCRIPT GOOGLE ANALYTICS tadi.
14. Klik SIMPAN (SAVE) pada bagian paling bawah layar.
15.Jika sudah silahkan kembali ke jendela Google Webmaster Tools yang kita kerjakan di awal tadi, dan muat ulang halaman tersebut atau tekan F5 pada keyboard.
16. Akan ada nama akun Google Analytics yang baru saja anda buat. Klik untuk memberi tanda pada nama akun yang baru muncul tersebut dan klik SAVE.
17. Perubahan sudah tersimpan dan jika anda melakukannya dengan benar, pada jendela Google Webmaster Tools akan ada pemberitahuan pada bagian blog Anda bahwa blog tersebut sudah terhubung dengan salah satu akun Google Analytics
